In this episode, we talk in depth about how the pandemic has affected those with disabilities, including some of Justin's friends. We discuss how one of his friends thinks everyone should mask, even if vaccinated, while another thinks once vaccinated you shouldn't have to wear a mask. These opinions are more nuanced within the disability community, given various health concerns that wearing/not wearing a mask might complicate. We go into how the isolation has hidden those who are struggling from others, and have left some forgotten. We hope this episode can be a motivator to think critically about what you can do to reconnect with others in your community, in particular those who may have been pushed to the sidelines in the midst of the pandemic.
